Gurpreet Gill, M.Eng., P.Eng. Managing Partner
Mr. Gill is a Managing Partner with over 20 years of experience in geotechnical, residential, & materials engineering. He holds an M.Eng. from the University of Alberta & has led a wide range of infrastructure & land development projects across Western & Northern Canada.
Sajid Mahmood, M.Eng., P.Eng.
Sajid Mahmood, M.Eng., P.Eng. Senior Geotechnical Engineer
Sajid Mahmood is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with over 20 years of experience in geotechnical engineering. He holds an M.Eng. from the University of Alberta and leads geotechnical investigations and foundation design projects across Western Canada.

Jaswinder Kaler, M.Tech., P.Eng. Senior Associate Engineer
Jaswinder Kaler is a Senior Engineer Associate with over 24 years of experience in geotechnical, residential, and structural engineering. He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registered with APEGA and has led a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Harneet Sidhu Project Coordinator
Harneet Sidhu is a Project Coordinator and Partner with over 17 years of experience in residential, structural, and geotechnical engineering. He specializes in project coordination, engineering drafting, construction drawing review, and site inspections, supporting successful project delivery at ProtechGeo.

Aaron J. Smith Manager, Materials and Laboratories
Aaron Smith is the Materials and Laboratories Manager with over 15 years of experience in materials testing, quality assurance, and quality control. A Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), he specializes in soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete testing for infrastructure, residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Daniella Calero Accountant
Daniella brings over 13 years of experience in accounting and administration. Since joining ProtechGeo in 2021, she has supported financial operations and administrative functions, contributing her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to company efficiency.

Line A. Bujold is a Senior Geotechnical Technologist with over 40 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, construction, and materials testing. She specializes in field operations, site investigations, pile monitoring, and quality control, bringing extensive technical knowledge and project coordination expertise to ProtechGeo.

Duc is a construction professional with over 26 years of experience in materials testing, QA/QC, project coordination, estimating, and site inspections. He brings extensive field knowledge and project management expertise to ProtechGeo, supporting successful construction and engineering project delivery across Western Canada.

Trang D. Trieu is the Laboratory Supervisor with over 14 years of experience in geotechnical and materials testing. A Civil Engineering Technology graduate, she specializes in QA/QC testing, laboratory operations, and compliance with CSA, AASHTO, and ASTM standards for soil, aggregate, asphalt, and concrete.

Anouar is a Geotechnical Engineer and PMP-certified professional with over 11 years of experience in geotechnical engineering and materials testing. He specializes in investigations, foundation recommendations, construction monitoring, quality control, and technical reporting for residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

Christopher James Aromin Senior Materials Technologist 
Christopher Aromin is a Senior Materials Technologist with 14 years of experience in materials testing, QA/QC, and laboratory analysis. A C.E.T. and CCIL-certified professional, he specializes in concrete, asphalt, soil, and aggregate testing, supporting major municipal, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Alberta and British Columbia.

Anil Kumar Reddy Kota is a Structural Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with APEGA certification and over 3 years of experience in structural and geotechnical engineering. He specializes in structural design, inspections, foundation evaluations, construction monitoring, and technical reporting for residential, commercial, industrial, and heavy civil projects.
